(1) If a person who has received a permit finds it necessary to amend something mentioned in the permit he/she has received, he/she shall submit an application to the authority to disclose the reason.
(2) If the reason given for the amendment of the permit in the application as per sub-section (1) is reasonable and proper, the authority shall amend the permit within thirty days of receiving such application, if there is no difference in the fundamentals of the permit, and if it is not deemed appropriate to amend the permit in such a manner, the authority shall give a notice to the applicant with the reason.
(3) According to sub-section (1), the prescribed fee shall be submitted to the authority to amend the permit.
(4) If the authority deems it necessary to amend any matter mentioned in a permit, it may give notice to the person who has received the permit along with the reason thereof.
(5) After receiving the notice according to sub-section (4), if the permit holder does not see the need to amend his permit, he may submit an application to the authority within fifteen days of receiving such notice, stating the reason.
(6) Upon receipt of the application as per sub-section (5) or after the expiration of the said period, the authority shall decide whether or not to amend the permit and notify the permit holder.
